Terms of service

Cozi Stay is run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS]. We run the website and the app. We don't own the homes listed on it. Each home is rented out by its owner or property manager, who is your host or landlord.

You need an account to book, apply or pay, and you must be 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away.

The price at checkout is what you pay. It includes the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and taxes.

Your booking is confirmed once the payment goes through. The host's house rules and cancellation policy are part of the booking, so read them before you pay.

Sending an application doesn't mean you have the home. If the landlord accepts you, you sign a lease with them directly. The lease sets the rent, the deposit, how long you stay and what each of you is responsible for.

We keep a copy of the signed lease in your account and collect rent for the landlord.

You pay online. Our payment provider processes the payment, and we never see your full card number. Deposits are kept apart from rent and returned under the terms of your booking or lease.

You can cancel a short stay from your booking page. Before you confirm, we show you how much you'll get back under the policy you accepted. Refunds go to the card or account you paid with.

Don't list a home you have no right to rent. Don't use Cozi Stay to harass anyone. Don't turn away guests or tenants because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
