Why we built it
We're the team behind REAM. Owners kept telling us the same thing: nightly rentals lived in one tool, yearly leases in a spreadsheet, and payments somewhere else, even when the units were in the same building.
So we put all of it on one calendar. A unit can take weekend guests in spring and a tenant from September, and it can never be booked twice.

Sign up and name your company. You're the Owner, and you can invite others later.

Enter the address, the units, their photos and their prices, nightly, monthly or both.

Link the bank account where you want to receive rent and booking payments.

Publish
Your units go live on Cozi Stay. You can publish your first one the day you sign up.
